"Millions of people can believe in you,
and yet none of it matters if you don’t believe in yourself.” – Unknown
One of the
biggest problems of “Young People” or
mostly known as “Teenagers” is being
insecure. Believing in ourselves is as hard as learning a new language. We want
to bring out the best thing in us, and show it to the world, but then it all
stops because of being insecure. As a scientific research showed that at least
10% - 15% of us go through “Insomnia”,
which is no sleep for weeks. It mostly happens because of depression and
anxiety, which is a common thing among the highschoolers, happening because of
discouraging, bullying and criticization.
Being embarrassed
in front of others is a great deal to most of the people, it’s all about
dignity and self-respect. When we as students go through being embarrassed, the
first thought that comes is to put an end to it, for once and for all, some may
fight through it and some might think to never exist. If anything bad happens
we turn to self-harm and even go on wrong paths which may put our future in
danger. These problems are going on every 2nd person’s life it isn’t
a big deal. Just chill out because EVERYONE of us is SPECIAL.
